Method 2 — Email

  1. Update or add licenses from a different computer using email.
  2. Open server License Manager.
  3. Click the Create request button.
  4. Save the license information as a text (.txt) file.
  5. On a computer with email access, send the file generated in step 4 to the appropriate recipient in charge of issuing licenses for your enterprise, with subject line "Activation Request".
  6. A license file will be sent back to you via email.
  7. Save the received file to a folder on the server.
  8. Click Load Keys on the License Manager.
  9. Open the activated license file that was saved in step 7.
