Use this tab to configure the basic settings of the routed document.
|Form type||Enter the Form type that will be assigned to the routed document. You can enter the Form type manually or select it from the drop-down list. If the connection with the server is established, this drop-down list displays the list of possible Form types for selection. You can use one or several RRTs in this text box.|
|Document name||Enter the name of the document that will be displayed in the ELO archive.|
Set the path in the archive, where the document will be placed. You can type
the path manually or click the browse button (...).
This button is enabled only if the connection to the server is established
and opens the Archive Tree dialog box that allows you to select the archive path.
The value specified in Archive path should have the following format: <Delimiter><ElementName1><Delimiter><ElementName2>…
If the delimiter symbol is used in the name on some element, the component will replace it by another symbol automatically.
In the Archive path field, you should enter ‘\’ symbol as a delimiter. For example:
|Fields||This group allows the user to configure the document fields.
Note: The sign is displayed before the mandatory fields. The sign is displayed before the fields of they do not correspond to the selected Form type or their names are specified via RRTs.
Note: The fields that do not correspond to the selected Form type will be ignored at run time.
|Add||Click this button to open the Add Field dialog box that allows you to add a field into the table.|
|Edit||Select a field from the list and click this button to open the Edit Field dialog box that allows you to change the field value.|
|Remove||Select one or several fields in the table and click this button to remove the selected fields from the list.|
