Use this component to capture scanned documents into workflows by using QuickCapture Desktop applications. QuickCapture Desktop is designed to run on a PC desktop.
When configured, this component provides a menu hierarchy for users to easily navigate to the desired workflow. Furthermore, the indexing forms allow users to index documents at the point of capture before releasing the documents to the workflow for processing and routing to desired destinations. This component can perform real-time data look-up and validation to automatically populate indexing fields.
