This tab allows you to select the following options:
Click this button to assign values to fields of the selected form. You can select the search key if you want a search of the notes database prior to creation of a new record.
If the search of the database returns only one record matching the search key, the incoming document content and metadata is added to the existing record.
If the search returns more than one match, a new record will be created in the database.
Click this button to modify field values of the selected form.
Click this button to delete field values of the selected form.

When search keys are used, if a matching document is found, then the any existing field in the record is replaced with the field values in the current job.
