Option Description
External ID Enter an external identifier of the record.
Accession number Enter an accession number of the record.

Keywords This table contains a list of keywords specified for a record being routed to the server.
Note: You may specify only those keywords that already exist on the server. If you specify a keyword that does not exist on the server, a document will be rejected at run time.
Note: Keywords will not be applied in the case when you don't have sufficient rights to access to the just created record.
Add Click this button and in the open Add Keyword dialog box enter the name to the keyword. You can do it manually, or click the browse button (...) and select a keyword in the open dialog box.

All the specified keywords will be shown in this list.

Edit Select a keyword in the list and click this button to edit it. This button opens the Edit Keyword dialog box that allows editing keyword name.
Remove Select a keyword in the list and click this button to remove it from the list.
Additional fields This table contains a list of fields specified for a record being routed to the server. A list of possible fields depends on the Record type selected on the Document tab.
Add Click this button to add a field into the list. This opens the Add field dialog box that allows specifying the following field parameters:
  • Name: specify the field name. You can enter it manually, or click the browse button (...) and select a field from the list in the open HP TRIM Fields dialog box.
  • Format: specify the field format in this list box. When you specify the field name by way of the HP TRIM Fields dialog box, the field format is specified automatically and this list box is disabled.
Note: The HP TRIM server allows configuring additional limitations for the field formats which the component cannot retrieve at configuring time; however, if the field value with the format that contains such limitations does not match them, the document will be rejected at run time. Please contact your server administrator for more information on what additional restrictions and limitations the field formats have on your particular server.
  • Value: specify the field value. The value should correspond to the field format; otherwise, the job will be rejected.
The form of the Value control depends on the selected field format. The following controls are available:
    • Combo box for Boolean field format.
    • Multiline text for Text and XML String field formats.
    • Locations field for Location format. At this case the Search for Locations dialog box is available for selecting locations. Click the browse button to open this dialog box.
    • Text box and browse button for Date and Date and Time formats. Click the browse button to select the date/time in the open Select Date dialog box.
    • Simple text box for all other formats.

When you specify the field value by way of RRTs, and do not specify the field format, then the RRT should be replaced with a value corresponding to the desired field format.

Note: The field value should be specified in the current culture format of the host machine.
Note: You cannot use RRTs for specifying value of the field of the Location format.
Note: You may use conditions to define the value of the field of the Boolean format.

See more information on conditions in Conditional activation.

Edit Select a field in the list and click this button to edit its properties.

This button opens the Edit Field dialog box.

Remove Select a field in the list and click this button to remove it from the list.
Ignore invalid field values Select this check box to ignore the fields that contain invalid values.

When you select this check box, the component skips its validation of the field values and tries to send documents to the server with the specified values. If a specified field value can be appropriated to the document by the server, the document will be uploaded successfully; otherwise, it will be rejected by the server at run time.

When this check box is cleared, the component will reject documents if there are some fields with values that are not valid according to the validation processed by the component.

Note: This option is useful only for the cases when the component validation of a field value fails, but the server can still assign such a field to the document. In such cases, the component can assign a default value to such a field, or leave it empty.

By default, this check box is cleared.

Ignore redundant fields Select this check box if you want to ignore the redundant fields at run time.

Each Record type has got its own set of fields; when you select this check box, the fields that do not belong to the selected record type will be ignored at run time. If you clear this check box and there are redundant fields specified in your configuration, the component will reject the whole job.

By default, this check box is selected.
