Problem Description Solution
Server reports errors in the log while accessing the input directory.
  • Check the service user permission and make sure the user ID has access to the input and the working directories.
  • Check the path name for the input directory and make sure the input folder path is available to the server.
  • Make sure service has full control over the path (including write and delete permissions) for input and working directories.
Server reports Batch Importer Error:
External file ("file path") does not exist
  • Make sure that path values in delimited fields are not enclosed between double quotation marks.
